The Standard Mental Health First Aid for the Workplace is a blended course that is an alternate online delivery pathway for our 12 hour Standard Mental Health First Aid course(for adults assisting co-workers). We will teach you how to provide initial support to co-workers who may be experiencing a mental health problem or mental health crisis until appropriate professional help is received or the crisis resolves, using a practical, evidence based Action Plan.

Course Component 1, which is a self-paced eLearning component (takes about 7 hours to complete), upon payment we will send you a Voucher code for you to start the E-Learning part of this course.

Please NOTE: The eLearning component must be completed the day prior to course start date.
