Leaders are knowledgeable about mental health, understand psychosocial hazards, promote a psychologically safe workplace and understand and honour obligations in relation to staff mental health. 

Positive Workplace Culture

Conversations about mental health are normal, employees feel good about coming to work; they are supported and there is a zero tolerance for discrimination. 

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

EAP, or other access to confidential counselling is available.
